    Pre-purchase your San Francisco iVenture Card online and you can pick up from our collection points in San Francisco. Details of all collection points will be printed on your voucher. Please remember you will be required to bring with you your voucher and present it to the staff at the collection point.

    What is an Attraction Pass - iVenture Card ?

    Each Attraction Pass - iVenture Card package includes a range of attractions and popular things to do all on a single smartcard. Each iVenture Card includes entry to a selection of individual attractions such as cruises, tours or excursions.

    Each Attraction Pass - iVenture Card provides you with complete flexibility to create your own itinerary and convenience to see the things you want to see when you want. Each package comes packed with a guide to all participating attractions so all you need to do is show your card and have all the fun!

    What are the benefits of an Attraction Pass - iVenture Card?

    With your iVenture Card you will receive amazing savings up to 50. Every Attraction Pass offers free admission to large range of attractions and the convenience of having it combined on one prepaid smartcard.

    Does the iVenture Card come with a guide?

    Yes. When you redeem your voucher in the collection point you will receive an easy-reference, color guide with a map. This guide provides details on participating operators including address, contact details and special offers. Operator details do change from time to time, so it is recommended that you view the list of attractions on our website for the most up-to-date information.

    Is there an Attraction Pass - iVenture Card for children?

    Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions, which kids will love. Our range of attractions packages is available for children aged between 4 and 15. Young people who are 16 or older will need an Adult package. Children under 4 are subject to fees payable to individual attractions.

    Do you have a family iVenture Card?

    No. There are currently no family packages available and each member of your party will require their own card.

    How long is the iVenture card valid for?

    We aim to provide cards, which provide you with the most flexibility, and all of our cards expire 1 month from date of card issuance.

    Does the iVenture card need to be signed?

    Yes. All cardholders need to sign the card – both adults and children. For security purposes we recommend that you sign the card as soon as you receive it. Please note that once signed, no refunds or exchanged can be made.

  • Attractions

    Do I need to show ID needed at the attraction or venue?

    No.Your iVenture Card is all you need to gain access to the attraction or venue. You will be asked to sign the back of your card before you start to use it. Once you reach your chosen attractions or venues, simply present your card at the admissions point.

    Do the iVenture Card include all attractions in a city or region?

    iVenture Card offer entry to a large range of the best attractions and venues available in a city or region. The range for each location varies by the card and our range is growing all the time. Up to date information about the attractions can be viewed on the page Attraction Pass on this website.

    Are the attractions or venues open at all times?

    Many of our attractions or venues change their operating hours each day and throughout the course of the year. We recommend contacting them directly to confirm their opening times or visiting their websites to confirm details.

    Can I return to the same attraction using my iVenture Card?

    No. The iVenture Card is designed to show you around the city and see as much as you can, different attractions and experiences.

  • Planning

    Do I have to pre-book for any tours?

    Yes, due to limited availability on selected tours and experiences, we do recommend that you call ahead to reserve your place. We have noted this on these attraction in your easy-reference guide that accompanies your iVenture card and also on our website.

    Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?

    Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in your iVenture Card guide and on our website on the Attraction Pass page.

  • Purchase

    Can I buy an iVenture Card as a gift?

    Yes. iVenture Card is an excellent gift for, kids, friends and relatives. When they start using their iVenture cards, they can simply sign the reverse. Cards are activated at the first time it is used.

    Can I purchase an iVenture Card package prior to arrival?

    Is Transport option included on any iVenture Cards available in San Francisco?

    Yes, Some attractions provide transportation in order to secure that you arrive on time. Adding to this you can easily get around to all the great attractions included on the iVenture Card by using the tourist bus City Tour San Francisco Hop On Hop Off as one of your attractions.

    Are your coaches Clean and well maintained for safety?

    You will ride in brand new luxury coaches; maintained and checked daily by a staff of dedicated mechanics in accordance with strict safety regulations set forth by the California Highway Patrol and the California Department of Transportation.

    Do you have restrooms on the bus?

    All full size coaches have restrooms. Our "mini coaches” – do not. Along the routes used by our smaller coaches there are a number of rest stop opportunities.

    Do you pick up at hotels near the airport?

    We pick-up at South San Francisco Hotels and San Francisco Airport Hotels every morning beginning at 7.45 am.

    Do you pick up at our hotel?

    We pick up at most San Francisco Hotels. Please call to confirm your pick-up location and time.

    Do you pick-up in Oakland or San Jose?

    No, unfortunately we do not pick-up in those areas. However you may take BART from Oakland or CALTRAIN from San Jose and we will pick you up at the EMBARCADERO BART Station from Oakland and East Bay cities or the CALTRAIN station at 4th and Townsend streets from San Jose.

    Do you take us back to our hotel after the tour?

    We always return you to the same location from which we picked you up.

    Have you been rated by customers if so what is your rating?

    We have a 5 star rating from our industry’s independent audit of reviews sent in by our quests.

    Is lunch included in your tours?

    Lunch is not included, however on full day tours we make a lunch stop at a scenic area.

    What method of payment do you take besides cash?

    We take all major credit cards.

    How can I find the information about the service disruptions? 

    We inform about the service disruptions, we recommend you visit the website the specific day you are going to use the service. 

    I have made a purchase on the webpage/app but I am not sure if it has been processed correctly. How can I know it?

    If the transaction has been processed correctly, you will receive a confirmation via email. Anyway, if you have coverage problems, do not make the purchase more than once until you receive the confirmation.

    I have made a purchase on the webpage/app but I have not received the voucher. What do I have to do?

    If you make a purchase and do not receive any email with the vouchers attached, please, contact us in and we will send them to you.

  • Questions about visiting the city

    Do we remain inside the bus for the entire tour, or are we able to walk around certain points of interest?

    We make stops about every 10 minutes at key locations. Stops can range from five- minute photo stops to 20 minutes at the Golden Gate Bridge. Other stops may include: Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, City Hall/Civic Center and San Francisco’s stately Victorian architectural delights – the "Painted Ladies”.

    What is the difference between a "Hop on/Off " and a Full City Tour?

    Value and Simple geography make the difference. "Hop on/off” tours are restricted to circling only a tiny part of San Francisco repeatedly. Our 3 1/2 hour tour lays the legendary beauty and diversity of San Francisco at your feet as you discover Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach and the beauty of the Pacific Ocean among other sights.

  • Questions about visiting Sausalito

    How long do we stay in Sausalito?

    About one hour, at this time you may elect to depart from the tour, returning To San Francisco at your own pace proceeding via a delightful ferry trip back to San Francisco’s beautifully-restored Ferry Building at the foot of Market St.

    What’s special about Sausalito?

    It is a lovely, picturesque Seaside village with dramatic, sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline and "City Front."
